The Magic House has opened a brand new satellite location on Delmar Boulevard, located between the Central West End and the Delmar Loop. The Museum’s unique 7,000-square-foot makerspace is designed to provide hands-on learning opportunities for children in science, technology, engineering, art and math (STEAM). The Magic House, MADE for Kids features a makers workshop, a multimedia art studio, a design lab and an entrepreneurs’ marketplace and classroom. Children ages 4 to 14 will have the opportunity to engage in real-world, hands-on STEAM experiences they can’t participate in elsewhere, from designing for a 3D printer to learning to code, and from building a robot to launching a business.
